Curated by Shirin Zeraaty, Belonging in Cyprus showcases five selected artworks from the original virtual exhibition and a new contribution by a Cypriot artist. The participating artists are: Myriam Dalal, Alia Gargum, Oleksandra Lytvyn, Amak Mahmoodian, Zariq Rosita Hanif and Efi Savvides.

Find out more about the artists here.

Saturday 23 March, 11:00-12:30: exhibition tour of Belonging with the curator Shirin Zeraaty and conversation with participating artists. Participation is free. Please register if you’d like to attend this event here.

Dialogues programme

Friday 22 March, 10:00-17:00, Goethe-Institut

The Dialogues create space for knowledge exchange, spanning the professional development of artists, ethics and care to the role of culture in supporting people with lived experience of forced displacement.

This event is for any individual or organisation who advocates for art and culture, works in the field of supporting people whose lives have been disrupted by forced migration, or has an interest in both.

The dialogues will be a chance to learn from international and local perspectives, an opportunity to connect, ask questions and share approaches and challenges faced.
